I watched the talk from <a title=\"Teresa Amabile\" href=\"http:\/\/99u.com\/videos\/7221\/teresa-amabile-track-your-small-wins-to-motivate-big-accomplishments\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Teresa Amabile<\/em><\/strong> <em><strong>Track Your Small Wins to Motivate Big Accomplishments<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0about creativity and how to improve work. I wanted to read her book <strong><em><a title=\"The progress principle\" href=\"http:\/\/progressprinciple.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Progress Principle<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and so one of my XMas presents in 2013 was her book. I could not let go reading it because it reminded me about my feelings and my every day events at work. Because it is of great value for me, I want all of you to read her book.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It helps to define good and bad leadership<\/li>\n<li>It helps to become\u00a0aware of good and bad events<\/li>\n<li>It helps to better distinguish good and bad behavior<\/li>\n<li>It helps to improve your (inner) work life and your skills<\/li>\n<li>It helps to define yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She describes very profound the properties of a good and a bad work environment and the events, which boost your inner work life to the bright or the dark side.<\/p>\n<p>For all of you, which are more comfortable watching videos, here is a awesome talk from <a title=\"Simon Sinek\" href=\"http:\/\/99u.com\/videos\/20272\/simon-sinek-why-leaders-eat-last\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Simon Sinek: Leadership Is Not a Rank, It&#8217;s a Decision<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.
